HE MADE 10 HOUSES TO BE PLACED IN SOME OF OUR POCKET PARKS AROUND THE CITY.

AND, UM, I FOLLOWED THEIR GUIDELINES TO CREATE AN OPTIMAL BAT HOUSE, UH, SUCH AS THIS ONE, AS YOU CAN SEE, IT HAS, UM, ADDITIONAL CONTAINERS, LITTLE POCKETS FOR THE BATS TO CHAMBERS CHAMBERS FOR THE BATS TO RESIDE IN.

AND, UM, THERE ARE GROOVES CARVED INTO THE, EACH OF THE WOOD, UH, PIECES SO THAT THE BATS CAN USE THEIR TALENTS TO CLIMB UP INTO THE BAT HOUSE AND SLEEP IN THERE.

ALSO, AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE'S A, UM, OVERHANG SO THAT IT CAN PREVENT MOISTURE FROM, YOU KNOW, RAIN POURING DOWN ON TOP AND CREATE SHADE ALSO.

OH GOSH, WE DID A GREAT JOB.

HE ACTUALLY WAS ABLE TO FROM START TO FINISH WAS ABOUT A MONTH, MAYBE SIX WEEKS.

UM, PROBABLY THE FASTEST EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT GROUP THAT I'VE WORKED WITH.

UM, SO I WAS VERY PLEASED AND HE'S HERE TONIGHT TO, UM, PROVIDE US WITH THE LAST BOX AND WE WANTED TO GET A PICTURE IN FRONT OF COUNCIL AND JUST GIVE HIM RECOGNITION FOR WHAT HE'S DONE.

UH, CITATIONS ISSUED WAS ZERO WARNINGS ISSUED FOR TRAFFIC WERE 107 WITH 146 CHARGES WARNINGS FOR CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATION 11 TOTAL ACTIVITY, COUNT THREE, UH, 2,936, UH, ACTIVITIES.

THIS PAST MONTH, WE HAD FOUR ASSAULTS TO BURGLARY, MOTOR VEHICLE, ZERO BURGLARY BUSINESS, ZERO BURGLARY OF RESIDENTS, CITY ORDINANCE, AGAIN WAS 11, A ONE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, ONE FRAUD AND ONE ROBBERY.

UH, TOTAL PROPERTY CHECKS, 1,121, A THEFT.

WE HAD SEVEN UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES STOLEN VEHICLE NINE.

SO ON THE 6 23, UH, OFFICER BRUNO OBSERVED A VEHICLE PARKED ON DORAN'S OUTSIDE OF ROOM VEHICLES, RUNNING IN A NEUTRAL, THE GATE WAS CUT NEAR THE VEHICLE.

PROPERTY SEARCH WAS CONDUCTED IN CATALYTIC.

CONVERTER WAS FOUND HANGING FROM A VEHICLE, OTHER AGENCIES ASSISTANCE, LOOKING TO KNOW SUGARLAND, STAFFORD AND FORT BEN.

UM, SUSPECT VEHICLE WAS LOCATED, UH, INSIDE.

WE FOUND 14 CATALYTIC CONVERTERS, THREE CELL PHONES AND A FIREARM.

UM, THESE WERE ALL 13 OF THE 14 WERE STOLEN FROM VROOM AND ONE IS FROM AN UNKNOWN LOCATION.

AND WE HAVE OUR SURROUNDING AGENCIES LOOKING FOR THAT.

DURING THAT TIME WE DID DEPLOY, UM, UH, NOT ONLY DID THE OFFICERS HELP US SET UP PERIMETER SO THAT WE COULD SEARCH THROUGH THE FACILITY, WHICH IS LARGE AS YOU KNOW, BUT WE ALSO SET UP DRONES AND WE WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THEM.

BUT THE INFORMATION THAT WE WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN FROM THE CELL PHONES HAVE, UH, IDENTIFIED THEM AS, UH, GANG MEMBERS OUT OF SPRING BRANCH AREA.

UM, THEY'RE, UH, POSING ON THEIR FACEBOOK PICTURES WITH THE GUNS.

AND SO WE HAVE A DIRECT CONNECTION AND WE'RE LOOKING TO GET A WARRANT FOR THEM WHEN IT COMES TO THE NINE VEHICLES FROM VROOM.

AGAIN, I MENTIONED THAT, UH, I WANTED TO STATE THAT THEY HAD, UH, VEHICLES NOT ONLY MISSING, BUT THEIR KEY INVENTORY FOR THOSE VEHICLES WERE ALREADY MISSING.

SO AT THIS POINT, WE'RE INVESTIGATING THAT, UH, TO SEE IF THERE'S ANY AFFIRMATIVE LINK BACK TO THE NEXT PAGE ON THE ARRESTS.

UH, YOU CAN SEE THERE WAS 12 AND THOSE CHARGES RANGE, AND THEN WE'LL GO THROUGH IT.

BUT WITH NONE OF THEM, THEY WERE ALL ADULT, NO JUVENILES.

UM, THOSE I HAVE IDENTIFIED AND HIGHLIGHT SO THAT YOU CAN LOOK AT THEM, BUT, OR, UH, FLAW KITS.

AND IF YOU CAN FLIP THROUGH A LITTLE BIT, YOU'LL SEE THAT A FEW OF THOSE STOLEN CARS WERE, WE DID CATCH AND MAKE AN ARREST OUT OF FROM THE THOUGHT CAMERAS, UH, AND TRANSPORT THEM TO FORT BEND COUNTY JAIL, WHERE THEY BELONG.

UH, ONE OF THE THINGS THAT I WANTED TO BRING UP TO A HIGHLIGHTED ON ANOTHER PAGE, UH, ON THE VERY NEXT PAGE ACTUALLY, IS THAT WE HAD SOLICITORS.

AND, UH, IT'S ON FILE WITH FOUR PINK COUNTY FIRE MARSHALL'S OFFICE AND THE FORT BEN, UH, OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, UH, ATV IS IN, UH, IN FULL GEAR.

NOW, UH, WE HAVE ALL THE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT INSTALLED AND IT'S READY FOR THE 4TH OF JULY.

SO, UH, YOU'LL GET TO SEE IT IN ALL ITS GLORY, INCLUDING THE SIREN AND LIGHTS AND EVERYTHING.

THEY DETERMINED THAT, THAT HE HAD BEEN TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL ABOUT 10 DAYS BEFORE THAT.

AND THAT WAS DUE TO THE HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS AND ACCUMULATION OF RUBBISH.

AND THE BACKYARD UPON INSPECTION A WINDOW UNIT WAS ALSO VISIBLE FROM THE STREET.

THE OWNER CAME INTO COMPLIANCE BY PLACING BAIT BOXES AND TRAPS AROUND THE PROPERTY, REMOVING THE RUBBISH, MOWING THE LAWN AND REMOVING THE WINDOW UNIT.

THIS CASE WAS ACTUALLY HAD BEEN, UH, MAY 23RD AND WAS CLOSED ON JUNE 8TH.

SO IT WAS A QUICK TURNAROUND.

THE SECOND SET OF PICTURES YOU HAVE IN YOUR PACKET, THERE IS OF A STAGNANT POOL ON MONTECITO.

THIS CASE WAS OPEN ON THE 6TH OF APRIL.

WE TREATED FOR MOSQUITOES ON THE SEVENTH AND THE POOL WAS PROPERLY DRAINED, FILLED AND GRASS OVER BY MAY 6TH.

THE ONE THING I WANT TO POINT OUT WAS THAT THE OWNER, WHEN I WAS EXPLAINING THAT THE CONCERN WAS FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE COMMUNITY, BECAUSE OF THE STAGNANT WATER THAT YOU SEE THEIR CONCERN WAS FOR THE HEALTH OF THE TURTLES THAT WERE LIVING IN THE POOL.

IF THE MOSQUITO PUCKS WOULD HURT THEM.

SO YES, SIR.

UM, THERE IS A LONGSTANDING COMMERCIAL PROPERTY THAT WAS IN VIOLATION FOR A LONG TIME.

THERE WERE SEVEN OUTSTANDING VIOLATIONS THEY HAVE NOW BEEN MADE INTO BE COMPLIANT AFTER PERSISTENCE, AND FINALLY SENDING THEM TO COURT.

THEY ABLE TO GET THE DAMAGE FENCING REMOVED, CLEAN THE WALLS OF THE BUILDING HAD THEM REPAIRED AND REPAINTED WORD NEED BE THE MARQUEE SIGNS.

THE BRICK WAS REPAIRED AND REPAINTED DRIVEWAY PARKING LOT.

AND CURBS WERE ALSO REPAIRED.

THE LOW TREE CLEARANCES WERE CORRECTED AND THE LITTER AND THE JUNK WHO HAS BEEN REMOVED.

WE ALSO HAD A STAGNANT JACUZZI THAT I TREATED FOR MOSQUITOES.

THIS IS THE EXISTING CONDITIONS THAT WE HAVE IN PROBABLY ABOUT 80 TO 85% OF THE CITY.

WE HAVE ONE, THREE QUARTER-INCH LINE COMING IN TO SERVICE, LOT A ON LOT B A THREE QUARTER INCH LINE SPLITS AND GOES TWO TO THREE QUARTER INCH LINES GOING INTO EACH HOME.

AND THAT IS THE EXISTING CONDITION OF 80 TO 85% OF THE HOMES IN TOWN.

THERE ARE A SMALL PORTION OF HOMES SOUTH OF WEST AIRPORT THAT HAVE A ONE INCH LINE ALREADY INSTALLED.

SO THAT'S THE EXISTING, THAT'S WHAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE MAJORITY OF THE HOMES, NEXT SLIDE, AS WE MOVE FORWARD AND WE HAVE A NEW HOME ON LOT A AND A LOT A'S HOME IS A MUCH LARGER HOME THAN THE EXISTING ONE WAS BEFORE IN COMPARISON TO LOT B IT HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR A ONE INCH SERVICE LINE COMING INTO THE RESIDENCE.

THIS IS THE TYPE OF INSTALLATION THAT WE HAVE ALREADY A SCENE IN ONE HOME SO FAR

AND WE SPLIT THE SERVICE BETWEEN LOT A AND LOT B INTO TWO SEPARATE ITEMS, THE OLD THREE QUARTER INCH LINE, WHICH PREVIOUSLY SERVICED TWO HOMES IS NOW ONLY SERVICING ONE, WHICH IS A MUCH BETTER SITUATION FOR ME AND ALSO FOR USW.

AND AGAIN, 85% OF OUR HOMES ARE NOT THAT WAY, BUT WHAT I'LL BE LOOKING FOR AFTER THIS PRESENTATION IS SOME, SOME GUIDANCE ON A POLICY FOR THE FUTURE.

THAT WAS BASICALLY MY MAIN GOAL FOR THIS.

SO YOU CAN SEE THE MAIN DIFFERENCES.

THIS, THIS MAY BE SOMETHING THAT IS BEING MIRRORED OR POSSIBLY BEING INSTALLED OUT THERE WITHOUT THE USE OF THAT THIRD METER ON EXISTING LOTS, BUT IT IS REALLY NOT FEASIBLE FOR ME TO PUT THE OTHER METER IN THERE AND TRY TO SPLIT THAT LINEUP THE WAY IT'S SHOWN FROM MY PERSPECTIVE, AND FROM THE OPERATIONS PERSPECTIVE, IT IS NOT A WORKABLE SITUATION, EVEN THOUGH WE MAY HAVE LOT A AND LOT B THAT HAVE GOT THEIR LITTLE IRRIGATION SYSTEM SET OFF TO THE SIDE ONTO THEIR RESIDENTIAL DOMESTIC FEED.

SO ANY OF THE HOMES THAT WE ARE REHABBING OR WE HAVE, WHEN WE REHABILITATE THE STREET ON DOORS, EACH ONE OF THOSE WATER SERVICES WILL BE A NEW ONE IS TAP AND THEY'LL BE READY FOR THE DIVISION OF OUR SPRINKLER METER.

A THREE QUARTER INCH LINE CAN ONLY HANDLE 20 GALLONS PER MINUTE.

SO IF YOU'RE USING YOUR SPRINKLER AND YOUR NEIGHBOR IS TRYING TO DO SOMETHING, YEAH.
