AND THE FACT THAT WE'VE NEVER ENTERED ANYTHING LIKE THAT, I NEVER EVEN KNEW WE COULD.

UM, AND I WAS, UH, BEING INTERVIEWED ON A CHANNEL TO THE OTHER DAY.

SO, AND THEN OUR USUAL AREAS IN THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREA, GOING INTO YOUR PACKET, I BELIEVE CHIEF STEWART TELLS YOU TO, UH, PERUSE THROUGH THE ACTIVITY AND GOES TO THE NOTABLE ACTIVITY THAT IS ON.

AND AS YOU CAN SEE THAT WE HAD TWO VEHICLES THAT WERE, WE INVESTIGATED THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN RECOVERED AND NOT REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM.

UH, AND YOU SEE THE NOTE THERE FOR HPD, WE DID MAKE FOR ARREST FOR STOLEN VEHICLES.

UH, WE HAD ONE SEX OFFENDER INVESTIGATION, ONE MISSING PERSON, ONE A WARRANT OR PROTECTION ORDER.

AND THEN AGAIN, THERE'S A NOTE THERE THAT FIVE OF THEM WERE NO ACTION BECAUSE THEY EITHER HAD THE WRONG, PLAYED WRONG INFORMATION OR HAD FAILED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM.

BUT AGAIN, AT THE FLOCK SYSTEM, WE'VE, WE'VE HAD MORE STOLEN CAR ARREST IN ONE MONTH THAN WE WOULD HAVE IN A YEAR.

AND, UH, WE'RE SEEING THIS MORE AND MORE NOW WITH THE ADDITION OF OUR FOUR CAMERAS THAT ARE OPERATIONAL AND SOON, UH, THREE MORE.

I HAVE A COMMENT A LITTLE LATER ABOUT THE STATUS OF THOSE.

SO THE FLOCK SYSTEM IS TURNING OUT TO BE A WORTHWHILE TOOL FOR US, BUT ALSO FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, I WAS ON THE PHONE JUST, UH, YESTERDAY WITH STAFFORD THAT THEY GOT FOUR FLOCK CAMERAS PUT UP IN THE GRID AND THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAD ACCESS TO THEM AS WELL AS THEM HAVING ACCESS TO OURS.

BUT THEY DETECTIVES PROBABLY GET A CALL OR EMAIL EVERY DAY FROM OUR NEIGHBORS ASKING ABOUT EITHER ACCESS TO THE CAMERAS, OR IF WE HAVE SEEN A PARTICULAR VEHICLE, IT IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW IT'S WORKING, MOVING ON DOWN TO YOUR ARREST SECTION.

WE HAVE AN 11 ARREST ZERO OF WHICH WERE JUVENILES.

UH, JUST TOUCHING ON THOSE DWI ARREST.

OFFICER FOSTER INITIATED A TRAFFIC STOP VEHICLE THAT DROVE OVER THE CURB, 11 3 11 WEST AIRPORT, WHICH IS THERE ABOUT WHERE WALLACE BANK IS.

UH, WE HAVE A, NOW THE NEXT ONE DOWN TAMPERING WITH A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT, OFFICER BARRA INITIATED A TRAFFIC STOP FOR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT.

EVIDENTLY THEY TRIED TO MAKE THEIR OWN DRIVER'S LICENSE OR HAD USED PART OF SOMEONE ELSE'S YEAH, YOU CAN'T DO THAT.

UH, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, WE HAD PREVIOUSLY, UH, ISSUED A CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING TO A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER, NOT TO RETURN TO DENNY'S AND THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE SERIOUS.

AND SO HE WAS ARRESTED FOR THE CRIMINAL TRESPASS VIOLATION, PUBLIC INTOXICATION.

UH, AGAIN, SERGEANT KENIG OBSERVED SOMEONE WANDERING IN THE ROADWAY CHECKS TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE OKAY, DETERMINES THAT THEY ARE INTOXICATED AND A THREAT TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS.

AND WE PROVIDED THEM WITH TRANSPORTATION TO FORT BEND COUNTY JAIL, OFFICER MANNERISM, FOSTER INITIATING A TRAFFIC STOP FOR ANOTHER CAR THAT DROVE OVER THE CURB AND WEST AIRPORT CLOSER TO MURPHY'S THEN WALLACE BANK, UH, THE INVESTIGATION, THEY WERE ARRESTED FOR DWI.

THE NEXT ONE YOU SEE, AS THE FLOCK HIT, WHICH WAS A STOLEN CAR, BUT THEY ALSO HAD OUTSTANDING WARRANTS.

AND AS WE HAVE SEEN MANY TIMES THAT OUR FREQUENT FLYERS, AS WE OFTEN REFER TO THEM, THAT THEY HAVE MORE THAN JUST ONE THING.

IN THIS CASE, THEY HAD THE STOLEN CAR TO GO WITH THEIR OUTSTANDING WARRANTS.

UH, NEXT ONE, DOWN A WARRANT FROM ANOTHER JURISDICTION, OFFICER RODRIGUEZ, MAKING A TRAFFIC STOP FOR EXPIRED REGISTRATION, AND THEY HAVE OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

AND, UH, DURING THE COURSE OF HIS ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION DETERMINES THE DRIVER WAS INTOXICATED.

THEY WERE ARRESTED, TAKEN FOR THE, UH, DWI, THE NEXT ONE DOWN AGAIN, FLOCK HIT STOLEN VEHICLE WARRANTS, FAST FORWARDING.

THE NEXT ONE, FLOCK HIT YOU UNV OR STOLEN CAR.

THIS ONE IS EVADING.

THEY TRIED TO ELUDE THE POLICE WHEN THEY WENT TO MAKE THEIR STOP AND BAILED OUT OF THE CAR AT THE EXTENDED STAY SUITES, WHICH IS RIGHT OVER HERE BEHIND SAM'S AND GREEN GO AREA, BAILED OUT AND RAN, UH, LIEUTENANT DOMUS AND OFFICER, UH, SAMBA WERE IN PURSUIT.

AND, UH, OFFICER SUMO WAS ABLE TO OUTPACE HIM, TACKLE HIM, TAKE HIM DOWN.

AND NOW HE IS IN FORT BEND COUNTY.

AND THEN GOING OVER TO PAGE SEVEN, OUR LAST ENTRY AGAIN, FLOCK HIT YOU.

ONCE AGAIN, IT'S NOT SOMEBODY THAT WAS JUST HAD A STOLEN CAR.

THESE ARE HONEST TO GOODNESS BAD GUYS.

I'VE NOT HEARD HIS CONDITION, BUT THE FACT THAT OUR OFFICERS WERE IN POSITION AND TO ATTEMPT TO RENDER AID WHILE OTHERS WERE THERE OBSERVING, INCLUDING HPD THAT, UH, UNFORTUNATELY THEIR OFFICERS, A LOT OF THEM AREN'T TRAINED IN, UH, THE EMERGENCY TRAUMA RESPONSE THAT OUR GUYS ARE LIEUTENANT DENT.

YOU REPEAT THAT, THAT WE ARE AHEAD OF HOUSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT OF 3,500 POLICE OFFICERS.

THAT OUR NEXT LINE COVID HIT THE PD PRETTY HARD DURING THE HOLIDAYS THAT, UH, WE CURRENTLY HAVE TWO OFFICERS THAT ARE OUT, BUT WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE ENTIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT FROM, UH, ABOUT CHRISTMAS EVE TILL NOW THAT, UH, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US HAS TESTED POSITIVE SOME HAVING SYMPTOMS SOME NIGHT, BUT HAVE BEEN QUARANTINED AND HAVE TRIED TO MINIMIZE THE QUARANTINE AS MUCH AS CDC WOULD, UH, ALLOW TO KEEP OUR GUYS, UH, IN PLAY.

SO I WOULD ANTICIPATE NEXT WEEK THAT WE WILL GET AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR THIS, WHICH WOULD INCLUDE A PUMP REBUILD WITH THE BOWLS AND NEW BRASS, ET CETERA, THE REINSTALLATION, THEY WILL CLEAN THE SCREENS WITH AN ACID WASH, BRUSH THEM SUPER CHLORINATED AND PUMP IT OUT AGAIN.

THEY WILL AGAIN DO ANOTHER TV SURVEY.

ONCE THE SCALING HAS GONE TO SEE IF THERE'S ANY REPAIRS THAT ARE NEEDED DOWNHOLE IN THE SCREEN, THERE'S AN ITEM ON AGENDA OR LATER.

AND IT'S BASICALLY ASKING FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED WITH REPAIRS.
