UH, AS USUAL, WE START OUT WITH OUR NUMBER OF ACCIDENTS, UH, AND THIS DECEMBER, AS YOU CAN SEE, WE HAD NINE ACCIDENTS ABOUT IN LINE OF OUR AVERAGE, UH, NUMBER OF REST WAS 15, UH, 1,894 CALLS FOR SERVICE WITH 38 OF THOSE BEING REPORT CALLS, UM, TRAFFIC, UH, WE HAD 321 TRAFFIC CITATIONS WITH A TOTAL OF CHARGES OF 589.

UM, ON OUR CITY WARNER'S VIOLATIONS, WE HAD ZERO CITATIONS ISSUED WARNINGS, UH, 1 25 WITH 211, UH, CHARGES AND CITY ORDINANCE WARNINGS.

WE HAD 10 FOR A TOTAL ACTIVITY COUNT OF 2,766.

UH, WE HAD A PRETTY GOOD MONTH AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE'S A LOT OF ZEROS.

SO I'M GOING TO GO DOWN THIS LIST PRETTY QUICK.

ASSAULTS WERE ZERO.

UH, AND WE HAD TWO BMVS, NO BURGLARY OF RESIDENCE, A DOPE, UH, RESIDENTIAL, UH, UH, BURGLARIES OR BURGLARY BUSINESS.

UH, WE HAD ZERO CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, ZERO FRAUD THIS MONTH AND ZERO ROBBERIES, THE SEMINAR 65 PROPERTY CHECKS, FIVE THEFTS TO YOU, YOUNG VS UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE, UH, ON OUR TLC PROGRAM, WHICH I KNOW IS HELPING.

WE HAD 42, UH, THAT PASSED WITH 18 FAILURES ON TOADY IS 60 CONTACTS.

AND, UH, FOR THE REPORTING PERIOD WITH OUR CITY WARNER'S BREAKDOWN, WE HAD, UM, SIX FOR SOLICITORS FOR, FOR NOISE COMPLAINT AND, UH, AND ACCIDENTS.

WE HAD ZERO IN THE ROUNDABOUTS JUST TO GET THAT IN FOR, UH, COUNSEL MISTAKENLY.

IT WAS A CIVIL ISSUE, WRONG PLATES ON THE CAR OR NOT REMOVED FROM THIS HPD SYSTEM.

AND WE RUN INTO THAT QUITE OFTEN.

SO WE HAD TWO SEX OFFENDER ALERTS, ONE MISSING PERSON ALERT, AND TWO WARRANT AND PROTECTION ORDERS.

AND YOU CAN SEE, WE HAVE ONE ARRESTED COME OUT OF THAT.

MOVING ON TO CHIEFS NOTES OR THE ADDITIONAL NOTES.

CHIEF, COULD YOU SPEND JUST A SECOND? IT EDUCATE ME ON THIS.

WE HAD THE FLOCK SAFETY, YOU'VE GOT 27 TO EIGHT AND THE EIGHT IS LOCATED WHAT WE'VE LOCATED, WHAT WE'D LOVE.

THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN, UH, SO IN OTHER WORDS, THEY WERE STILL REPORTED AS STOLEN AND THEY WERE COVERED.

UH, THE OTHER THING WOULD BE IF THEY HAD CIVIL ISSUES.

IN OTHER WORDS, IT WAS REPORTED STOLEN, BUT IT WAS REALLY, UH, SOMEBODY REPORTED IT STOLEN.

IT WASN'T ACTUALLY STOLEN.

THEY GAVE IT TO THEM TO USE AND THAT KIND OF SITUATION.

AND THEY JUST HADN'T BROUGHT HIM BACK YET.

NO, AND THAT AGAIN IS A REPORTING ISSUE FROM ANOTHER AGENCY.

SO THAT'S T THAT'S 27 CALLS WE PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE HAD WITHOUT THE FLOCK CAMERAS.

CORRECT.

AND, UH, TYPICALLY AS, YOU KNOW, FLOCK, WE USUALLY HAVE A LOT MORE REST WITH IT.

SO YOU HAVE TO BE HERE FIVE YEARS TO GET THE LONGEVITY CHECK.

AND, UH, YOU KNOW, BOTH THOSE GUYS COULD HAVE JUST STEPPED ON US AND LEFT US HANGING.

AND SO THE CITY OF MEADOWS PLACE IS GOING TO BE FUNDED, UH, WITH $650,000, WHICH WILL REPLACE, IT'S ALL REALLY EXCITING STUFF OVER AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT TOO, BUT IT'S PUMPS AND GEARS AND PANELS AND CONTROL PANELS.

UH, AND SO, AND SOME GENERATING EQUIPMENT.

UM, SO THIS NEXT YEAR, I MEAN, IN 2022, UH, THE CITY IS GOING TO BE IN A MUCH, MUCH BETTER POSITION EQUIPMENT WISE IN A 50 PLUS YEAR OLD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT.

UH, WE HAVE THE BASIC THUMBS UP FROM OUR LOCAL POSTMASTER, BUT WE HAVE TO GET PERMISSION FROM THE DISTRICT.
